Who can tell me more about this anchor and recognize the marks on it?????

This anchor is found in river Waal by Heesselt in Holland. It's dated about the late 15 or 16 century and has an wooden stick on top but it is gone by now. The name in Dutch is stokanker and the ship was about 20 metre long.
